課程內用:教授八十七式楊家太極拳。課程由淺入深,從基本步法開始將太極拳作有系統地介绍和訓練。
This course covers the 87 Stances of Yang’s Style Tai Chi Chuan. It includes the introduction and training of Tai Chi Chuan in a systematic way, starting from basic footwork and simple movements, to more advanced stances.

Qi Gong for Eye Health

We are currently organizing a Chi Gong for the Eyes course with Master Teresa, scheduled for Tuesdays at our Langham Centre location. She has been teaching Chi Gong for more than 20 years and founded The Seventh Happiness School of Chi Gong in Canada. She has taught all around the world including Philadelphia, California, New York, Phoenix, Vancouver, and more. Master Teresa has won numerous awards for developing this effective Chi Gong which targets the improvement of eye sight including Canton Province Education Award in 1991, 1992, and Canton Province Children Health Research Award in 1992. This new course at our centre will teach children and parents daily exercises and Chi Gong practices that will protect and improve the health condition of the eyes.

課程內容以印度哈達(Hatha)瑜珈為主和(Raja)賴達瑜珈,教授基本呼吸,鬆弛,姿態,曼查頌唱和冥想。修練瑜珈最佳驅走疲勞,舒緩緊張的運動。促進健康並能防病治病,使心身愉快。
This course teaches relaxing exercises based on Hatha and Raja Yoga. Yoga is the best way to arrest fatigue, sooth stress and tension, and enhance your health both body and mind.
